19 plus funding for all level 3 and 4 courses.

City & Guilds level 3 nail services now fully funded for aged 19 plus.

Courses will run for 30 weeks, 1 day a week.

Our courses are geared around parents and work around school/college hours (term time only).

19 Plus Advanced Learner Loan Courses

We offer funded courses with the 19 plus advanced learner loan.

All these courses are internationally recognised by City and Guilds.

These include:

Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy

Prerequisites: Level 2 & 3 Beauty (or equivalent)

Course includes, quality assurance in client care, laser hair removal, advanced epilation, physiology of ageing of the skin, semi permanent makeup.

Practical assessments and case studies are required.

Written assignments are required for each unit.

Level 3 Beauty Therapy

Prerequisite: Level 2 Beauty

This course will include Health and safety, promote and sell products and services to clients, client care and communication, Swedish Massage, Electrical Epilation, Microdermabrasion, Facial Electricals.

There will be written assignments for each unit and formative and summative assessments for each unit.

Level 3 Massage

This course will include Health and Safety, Promote and sell products, Client care and communication, Swedish massage, Pre blend Aromatherapy, Indian Head massage and Hot stones.

There will be written assignments for each unit and formative and summative assessments for each unit.

Level 3 Nail Technology

This course will include Health and Safety, promote and sell products and services to clients, client care and communication, working with colleagues within the beauty related industries, create and image, display of stock, electric file, nail art, Airbrushing/stamping, advanced nail techniques, Acrylic, Fibreglass and Gel nails.

There will be written assignments for each unit and formative and summative assessments for each unit.

Media Makeup

This course includes Health and Safety, working with colleagues within the beauty related industries, Basic Makeup, Media Makeup, Style and dress hair using a variety of techniques, creative hair design, Fashion and Photographic makeup, Airbrush Makeup, Camouflage and Face and body art.

There will be written assignments for each unit and formative and summative assessments for each unit.

Our Course Funding Affiliations.

Advanced Learner Loan

If you're planning to study at Level 3 to 6 you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. These loans help you to pay the fees charged by approved colleges and training organisations in England.

You need to pay course fees if you are 19 or over and wish to study for a qualification at Level 3 to 6.

You may be eligible for a government backed Advanced Learner Loan to pay for your course fee.

The amount of money you can borrow depends on your course. The minimum amount you can borrow is £300.

When applying for an Advanced Learner Loan there is no credit check and household income is not taken into account.

Loan repayments are linked to what you earn when you've finished your course, not how much you borrowed.

You only need to start paying back your Advanced Learner Loan when you are earning more than £25,000 per year.

You pay back 9% of the money you earn.

If you're employed, loan repayments will be taken directly from your salary through the tax system.

You can make voluntary repayments at any time.
